So be honest, how many of you are able to ignore those red dots or any email or social media alerts when they pop up on your phone? Not me!

Even though they seem helpful and convenient, having notifications on can be a serious and perpetual distraction. So my proposal to you? Turn off all notifications for email and social media. Set designated times to respond to both social media and email and watch how productive the time in between becomes!
