Episode 72. Business During the Holidays

Well, here we are, at the beginning of the holiday season and your “to-do” list as a business owner just keeps growing and growing! Are you feeling overwhelmed and just not sure how you’re going to make it through? Well, today’s episode might just help put you in the right frame of mind to tackle the holiday season head-on and keep you from feeling like you’re drowning in all the tasks, things, and stressors!

I don’t have to tell you how hard 2020 has been, and the #Holidays2020 could be even more interesting and stressful, but it really doesn’t have to be. As long as you have a plan and willingness to stick to that plan, you can make it through and even see continued success in your business. 

Start with these simple questions:

  • What HAS to be done?
  • What can wait?
  • What do you LOVE doing?
  • What do you HATE doing?
  • What can you take off your plate?
  • What can you say no to?
  • What can you outsource to someone else during this time?

If you take the time to sit down and answer these questions, you will be so surprised at how much you can eliminate and focus on the things you love and made your business a success in the first place!
