With 15+ years of experience and a background in organizing operations in many different industries, I now help business founders refocus their leadership & strategy, reclaim their time, & rebuild their operations from the foundation up for sustainable growth.
I walk the walk & I talk the talk by creating my Days By Design. I live in an RV, travel the country full time & go on new adventures every week. I homeschool my twin daughters Kenna & Layla (and use organized systems to keep myself sane). I read fiction books & drink coffee any chance I get & I believe that your business should give you freedom AND success, not one or the other.
