It stands for Customer Relationship Manager. It is essentially a piece of software that allows you to keep all of your clients, leads, business relationships and networking partners all in one place with their contact information and previous communication. 


The quality of your lead generation strategy is the single most important process you will have to find and convert new clients and customers. Effectively nurturing leads throughout the stages of your sales pipeline is invaluable for building your business and can have a positive impact on your productivity.
